Tereza Roglova - mezzosopran

Gradueted from Prague Conservatoire from class of Prof. L. Lobl and than from Academy of Performing Arts (classes of professors J. Jindrak and D. Drobkova). The privat lessons by prof. H. Horejsova and prof. M. Hajossyova followed. Just after study at academy had Tereza Roglova started her career as a soloist of Chamber Opera Prague - Opera Mozart and of Original Music Theatre Prague, where is she still singing . Beside that is singing as a guest in National Theatre Prague (Cherubino in "Le Nozze di Figaro"), and in Prague State Opera (for ex. Zaida in "Il Turco in Italia" by G. Rossini). At Pilsen Opera the public awarded her dashing Rosina (G. Rossini - Il Barbiere di Sevilla).

Her successfuly developing career enriched Tereza with study on the Theatrical Academy of Performing Arts, department of creation and pedagogy (prof. I. Vyskocil).

Tereza Roglova is turning to opera, oratorio, songs (cooperations with Chamber Philharmony Pardubice, Czech Symphonical Radio Orchestra, Agon and others), but also to the musical improvisations, is performing the opening nights of contemporaries composers compositions (Czech and foreign). She recorded several CD, is cooperating on recording of incidental music and alone is a composer of it. She likes to work also as an actresse, or in combination of the music, poetry and prose, so is she today welcome as well as in dramatic theatres, as in alternatives ensembles. She has played also in some movies (Amadeus, Franz and Felice and others.).
